Laid in is publisher's card stating this is a complimentary copy. Unpaginated. Bound in publisher's mottled dark and light brown cloth, paper label to front board. Light sunning to spine, else Fine; offset from oils to title page. In the original lightly chipped acetate dust jacket with a closed tear, a little cloudy with age. Twenty numbered copies of this poem were produced with an original illustration bound in as the first recto. This unnumbered presentation copy, issued alongside them, is inscribed to Bukowski's friend and lawyer Arthur M. Applebaum. A unique presentation copy. Krumhansl 47b.
