Donde Duermes, Eldorado? y Otros Poemas
[Glendale, California]: La Imprenta de Rojo Escuderos [Roy A. Squires], 1964.
First edition of a posthumous publication courtesy of Smith's widow, Carolyn Jones Dorman. One of a limited 160 copies. Text in Spanish. Bound in publisher's russet colored printed and sewn wraps; lacking the envelope. Fine. The weird fiction writer's collection of eight poems written in Spanish. An autodidact, Smith, who was already proficient in French by the 1920's, mastered Spanish later in his life. He would go onto to translate Becquer and Amado Nervo, but never saw his Spanish works published during his lifetime. Quite scarce.
