Bound in publisher's black and pink cloth with spine lettered in gilt, in original printed acetate jacket and yellow slipcase printed in black. With publisher's sticker, a few small openings to wrap at the top edge with the number "29117" written on shrink wrap in sharpie on the bottom edge.
