Former owner name and rubberstamp at front endsheets, and neatly written pencil markings to first few gatherings of contents. A fantastic copy of the pioneering work in recovery and addiction which would become one of the best-selling books of all time, it is often dubbed "The Big Book" on account of the thickness of the paper stock used here in the first printing.
