Testimonials from the Cleveland poets printed during the first month of Reverend John R. Scott's two year imprisonment in the Cuyahoga County Workhouse on charges of contributing to the delinquency of a minor, part of an ongoing war the Cleveland Police were waging on local poets and the counterculture.
