Bound in publisher's dark blue coarse cloth with titles stamped in a vivid red, all edges stained red. Near fine with several faint stains to cloth visible in raking light and pages lightly toned. A beautiful copy. The book's title is directed at a list of publisher's on the first page, all of whom rejected it for publication. Item #140944395
