The scarce second book by British physician Michael Dillon, the first trans man to undergo a phalloplasty, who has been called "the first trans man." It was published after his marriage proposal to trans woman Roberta Cowell was rejected and he spent six years at sea, meeting New Age guru Lobsang Rampa in Ireland between voyages. A short self-published chapbook of poems inspired by theosophy and the teachings of Gurdjieff.
