Near Fine with slight reading wear to spine, cloth lightly toned at edges, pages toned and lightly foxed at top of textblock edge. In a Near Fine unclipped dust jacket with toning, light foxing, light edge wear and light fading to the spine panel.

A rare signed copy of the story of the famous bookshop on Paris' Left Bank that was a magnet for some of the best and the brightest literary minds of the early 20th century.
