Bound in publisher's blue cloth with gilt stamping, now oxidized. Very Good with light wear to binding, small stain to fore edge of first several pages. In a Very Good unclipped first issue dust jacket spine-sunned, rubbed, and worn along edges with two tape repairs made to the blind side. A nice signed copy of FDR's New Deal manifesto.
