Volume I inscribed "Mrs. Burton with kindest regards / Dec. 12. 1889," and Volume II inscribed to the same recipient, "Mrs. Burton with the Author's kind regards. Dec. 28. 1893." Very Good, with darkening to spine panels and light bruising to spine ends. Sylvie and Bruno Concluded boards bowed a bit; in a Very Good dust jacket, with shadow of removed over-price sticker, likely supplied, lightly edge worn and with a toned spine.
