New York: Charles Scribner's Sons, 1932.
First edition, first printing with an "A" and the Scribner's colophon on copyright page. Very Good, lacking the dust jacket. Light rubbing and light scuffing to cloth. Gilt stamping slightly dulled, but still a very presentable copy. Pages toned, with a 1.5 by 3.5 inch piece excised from the front free end paper, and a small bookseller tag to the front paste down. Hemingway's contemplative look at fear and courage as seen through the traditions of Spanish bullfighting. Item #160404003
