SNIFFIN' GLUE and Other Rock 'n' Roll Habits... (Volumes 1 through 12 including supplements)
London: Mark Perry, 1976-1977.
First edition. Complete run of original issues 1 through 12 including the scarce issue 3 1/2 and the Christmas Special supplement Sniffin' Snow. Includes Alternative T.V.'s "Love Lies Limp" flexi 7" with #12 on SG Records. Mimeograph stapled magazines, mostly single-sided, housed in a custom cloth slipcase with leather spine label. Near Fine condition overall, a few rusty staples, light reading wear and toning with age. Two closed tears to wrapper of #2. Excellent condition overall. A set of the renowned punk zine embodying the cheap, fast, brash DIY spirit that would be punk's legacy. It chronicled the early days of the British punk rock scene: The Sex Pistols, The Damned, the influences from the US like The Ramones, Flamin' Groovies, and more. Rare in commerce as a complete run with the first issue, a real stopper, and scarce supplements.
