Very Good with light wear and light staining to covers, former owner name penned to textblock edge. A book of poetry from the late, driving force behind the lo-fi country indie band the Silver Jews. Though founded with Stephen Malkmus and Bob Nastanovich, Berman was the only consistent member in a band commonly and inaccurately viewed as a Pavement side project, living under a long shadow. In fact, my first introduction to the Silver Jews was from a file I downloaded from Napster that even labeled the band as such. But the world has changed. Gone are the days of the mixtape, Napster and free illegal downloads. Now we can all see B. B. King on General Hospital, on YouTube, where you can also listen to virtually whatever music you'd like to for free. Half hours on earth, what are they worth?
