The first edition was published simultaneously in cloth and wraps, with the wrappered price of $3.75 accidentally originally listed on the jacket, which was quickly revised to a $6.75 cover price; this jacket shows the $3.75 printed price with a sticker shadow where the revised price sticker was removed.
