Very Good with rubbed gilt and small stain on spine, moderate foxing to contents, hinge at rear cracked. A fictional critique of European colonialism in Africa online reviewer Tom Ruffles called "an excoriating expose of the activities of Cecil Rhodes’ British South African Company in the exploitation of the mineral wealth in what would become Rhodesia, and the crushing of resistance it entailed.
